IN THE RARE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM,
WE HAVE YOU COVERED

We want to deliver the best possible products to you. We warrant all products to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years for France and one (1) year for others European countries from the date of purchase on the Site.

If a product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASE

Simply return your product along with proof of purchase to the store of purchase for our team to assess and send you a replacement product.

LE BENT WEBSITE PURCHASE

For web order warranty claims, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a return authorisation (r/a) number and the address to send your product to.
